Sudbury Parish Room, Gibb Lane, Sudbury, Ashbourne, Derbyshire, DE6 5HY on

Ann Los does not wish to seek reelection as Treasurer. Please see accompanying letter from Chairman. Other officers are willing to continue their duties or step down in favour of elected alternative nominees.

Proposal to create new post of Printing and Distribution Secretary

All posts are open for nominations.

 

13           Resolution

To authorize Chairman, Treasurer and Secretary as signatories for BBS bank account held by Alliance and Leicester.

 

14         Result of ballot for AGM venue for 2008

 

15                 Proposals for AGM venue in 2009

The meeting will propose a short-list for the postal ballot of all members.
